You acknowledge that:
AI-generated feedback may not be perfect or complete
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions
UPLY is not responsible for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI outputs
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation
Upload false, misleading, or unlawful content
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
Use UPLY for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
UPLY reserves the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

Companies using UPLY Select are responsible for:

Fair and lawful use of assessments
How assessment results are interpreted and used
UPLY does not make hiring decisions on behalf of companies.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
UPLY processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such processing.
11. Availability and Changes
UPLY may:
Modify or discontinue features
Update these Terms
Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
