Meet Our Founder

After ten years working in HR and recruitment, I saw the same problem again and again. Talented candidates struggled to show what they were capable of, while companies made important hiring decisions with limited and often misleading information.

Running a recruitment agency for early career professionals made this even clearer. CVs rarely told the full story, interviews rewarded preparation over real ability, and both sides were left guessing.

UPLY was created to change that. It turns career preparation into practice and hiring into performance based evaluation. Individuals can practice real interview and work situations and receive clear feedback. Companies can assess candidates based on how they actually perform.
